Midnight Snack Recipes ~Just some stuff I eat

 Recipe 1) Italian Sandwich (10 minutes)

Ingredients-
2 pieces of bread 
Marinara Sauce (I made my own by blending tomato puree, chopped onion and italian seasoning)
4 small broccoli pieces
Soaked black olives
1 slice of cheese

Recipe-

Mix the vegetables in the marinara sauce on low flame in a pan until warmed up

Take a slice of bread and layer the filling and a slice of cheese. Then cover with second slice of bread and grill for 3-5 minutes depending on when the cheese melts.

You're Done!

Recipe 2) Marshmallow Bark (20 minutes)

Ingredients-
5 large marshmallows 
1 tablespoon butter
4 pieces of dark chocolate
Any cereal of choice (I used cheerios since they're small and easy to handle)

Recipe-

Melt the marshmallows and butter together in the microwave for 1 minute or on low flame for 3 minutes until fully melted. Careful not to burn

Melt the chocolate in the same way, seperately.

Take the melted marshmallows and pour in the cereal, mixing fast with a spoon or spatula until the cereal is completely coated with marshmallow. Mould this marshmallow-cereal dough into a bar shape

Dunk the marshmallow-cereal bar into the melted chocolated and rest on parchment paper. Keep in the freezer for 10 minutes and enjoy!

Recipe 3) Frappuccino 

Ingredients-
1 tablespoon granulated coffee
1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon sugar
Almond Milk
Nutella
Whipped Cream
Oreos

Recipe-

Blend cold almond milk, coffee, cocoa and sugar on medium speed until combined well.

Take a glass and glaze the inside with nutella.

Mix in blended oreos into the blended shake and pour into glazed glass.

Top with whipped cream and more nutella and oreos.
